Finding satisfaction in the design of life plans and then navigating the road to a more purposeful life may be just what is needed.

Drawing on my experience as an educator, both in the classroom and in leadership working with teachers, has given me insight and experience that informs my coaching practice. I help my clients clarify what it is they want in their life, and then work in collaboration to develop action plans that create the desired outcomes.

It is my opinion that when educators realize their life dreams, move forward with efficacy and purpose, student achievement will be impacted.

Educational administrators, leaders, and teachers, who know what it is they want in life, and move in that direction with purpose, have focus. It becomes possible to articulate what it is that is wanted and not settling for the status quo. It is possible for strong adult relationships to develop, creativity to flourish, and attitudes to change with the help of a life coach.
